Healthy Baked Chicken: This is a simple healthy baked chicken recipe that makes your mouth water!
Ingredients 3-4 chicken breast (sliced in half) Tomato sauce/marinara Mushrooms Spinach Red onion Cherry tomatoes Cheese Brown rice (Any other vegetables that you like and have on hand) Salt & Pepper to taste
Slice the chicken breasts in half.
Cover the bottom of a Pyrex/baking dish with half the tomato sauce. Place the chicken on top of the sauce and season with salt & pepper.
Add the vegetables and the rest of the tomato sauce on top.
Bake at 350° for approximately 30 mins or when the internal temperature of the chicken is 165°. In the last 5 minutes, add cheese to the top of the chicken.
I made some brown rice, place the chicken on top with some extra sauce.
