With winter fully upon us, most of our customers now have their snow tires installed and are ready for the season. One helpful tip to keep in mind over the colder months is to check your tire pressure regularly. Cold temperatures naturally lower tyre pressure, and even a small drop can affect traction, braking, and fuel efficiency. A quick pressure check every few weeks, especially after a significant temperature change, is one of the simplest ways to stay safe on winter roads.
We are also pleased to share that we have recently added two new Service Advisors to our team to help improve appointment flow and ensure faster and more efficient service experiences. Dylan Thai, who many of you will remember from our sales department, has transitioned into Service and brings excellent product knowledge and customer focus to the role. Kevin Caetano also joins our advisory team, bringing with him strong automotive experience and a commitment to providing clear communication and friendly, attentive service.
