“Just wanted to mention the excellent service I received from Daine Wallace yesterday. It was my first visit to Halton Honda and I was in to get a replacement starter motor installed. I was warmly greeted by Daine, he ran through a few options and timeline for me. Yesterday I had tons of time sensitive stuff to deal with and Daine reassured me that the service would be performed before 5pm. He swiftly arranged an Uber for me to get me back home and in 4 minutes I was on my way. He followed up with a phone call just after I arrived back home about the status of the install, letting me know it would be done earlier than promised…around 2pm. At 2pm, he arranged an Uber back to Honda and also sent a text letting me know I was ready to go. Very efficient service…not often found in the business. I arrived back at Halton Honda and kindly greeted by him again.
